Raymond Ho joined United BioPharma Inc.（UBP）in 2017. Raymond is currently the head of the Finance and Information Management Center of UBP, responsible for UBP’s finance & accounting, information technology, corporate governance related affairs, including board and shareholder’s meetings, stock affairs, etc. Prior to joining UBP, Raymond spent 18 years working in Qisda Corporation as a financial manager. Raymond has over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, board secretary, stock affairs, finance and accounting, investor relations, M&A and capital market projects, investment management, company registration, etc. Raymond graduated from National Chiao Tung University with a B.S. in Management Science and has MBA degree from National Chung Cheng University.

Raymond has been granted the designation of Certified Business Valuator by the Chinese Association of Business and Intangible Assets Valuation（CABIAV）, International Certified Valuation Specialist（ICVS）by IACVS and Certified Professional in Sustainability Management by Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy（TAISE）
