Our Teams

Bonnie Shih joined UBP in 2017. She graduated from National Central University with a degree in Human Resource Management. She began her HR career in 2000 and began working as a manager in 2008 in the solar industry. She has worked as the head of the administration center at UBP, overseeing a number of departments including HR, Administration, Purchasing, and Sustainable Development.

Under her guidance, UBP received the 2020 National Talent Development Award, Taiwan’s highest honor for HR, from the Ministry of Labor. Her training system at UBP was evaluated according to the TTQS and awarded the Silver Award by the Ministry of Labor. She has also worked to support sustainable development in UBP since 2022 by holding ESG (environmental, social, and corporate governance) classes and engaging in other efforts.
