Mr. Liu is in charge of the business development activity in UBP. Base on the company’s dual-engine model, we are not only focus on licensing-out of our innovative antibody pipeline, but also provide CDMO service by using established GMP capacity and R&D capability to generate revenue. He leads the marketing team and CDMO project management team to seek the opportunity for licensing-out, explores potential CDMO business and monitors the execution performance of the projects.

Prior to his tenure at UBP, Mr. Liu served as the Director of the Pharmaceutical Development Department of IMAB Biopharma (Shanghai, China). He has accumulated more than 10 years of experience in biopharmaceutical development, including executive and consulting experience. He has worked in areas such as quality control, CMC development, and outsourced project management. He has experienced more than 12 biological drug development projects at different stages.
