Mr. Sun joined United BioPharma (UBP) in 2014 as Vice President Public Affairs and serves as UBP's Spokesperson. Prior to joining UBP, Victor was manager and executive assistant to the Chairman at Hua Yu Lien Development Co., Ltd. Victor's experience in public and government affairs includes his tenure as Deputy Executive Director at Taipei Chamber of Commerce, and Chief of Staff at Overseas Community Affairs Council, Taiwan (R.O.C.), and Chief of Staff at National Palace Museum. Victorobtained his LLB Law degree from National Taiwan University.
